I was born in Bristol, Tennessee and have been moving slowly southwards from there since 1974.
My first stop was Knoxville, Tennessee and the University of Tennessee for a joust with academia. That foray ended with a B.A. in English and Medieval Studies and a brief flirtation with graduate school. The call of filthy lucre ended that tryst.
Thence I moved to Athens, GA and then nearer to Atlanta where I have remained for the past 20+ years.
I am employed in the financial services industry protecting capitalism from the inroads of those who play with other people's credit cards. I also have a paralegal certification from UGA.
